Very pleased with Castles Enfield who dealt with the sale of my property. I initially met with Stephen whom I found very amicable. Castles had had good results in the area for sales both in terms of speed of sale and property prices. They were always easy to get hold of. We had numerous viewings on one particular day which led to several offers. Castles checked each offer to ensure they had the funds agreed for purchase and gave me a little bit of background on each buyer. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the team at Castles Palmers Green. I was buying a property through them, Sergio has been professional throughout, he was always on top of the process, accommodating and checked in regularly in a respectful manner to make sure things were moving along, and did what he can to help. Like most people, my past experiences with estate agents have not been the great, but the Castles team has certainly shown me that there are decent ones out there. They vetted my offer carefully (in a lot more detail than others), and you can tell they genuinely wanted to complete the sale as quickly as possible. Next time I need to sell a property, I’d definitely have Castles as one of my top picks.

We cannot recommend Castles (Hackney) enough. The support we received from the team was simply outstanding.
Due to issues with our buyer’s solicitor a lot of things went wrong and the whole exchange and completion process turned into an absolute nightmare. Ela Yildiz, who looked after our sale, went out of her way to liaise with our buyer and her solicitor, to talk to the agents in the chain and to try find solutions to help move things forward. She always kept us up to date and it took a lot of her time. We were still facing issues with solicitors a day before completion and we were really struggling to keep our calm but Ela’s kindness and professionalism really helped us go through all of it. If it was not for her I honestly don’t know if we would have completed at all.

Very straightforward 1st house purchase experience, Ben made sure we completed in time, thank you!
