I recently found a house to let through Castles Edmonton, and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish – super quick to respond to any messages or questions I had throughout the process, and wonderfully patient and reassuring with any issues that arose.

Victoria, our lettings consultant, and the rest of the team were amazing, and helped us from start to finish for a fantastically smooth transition. Since we’ve moved in, they’ve continue to be super helpful with any queries that we’ve had so far. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to rent a property!

I approached Nof Tona at Castles after a proposed sale fell through at the last minute with another firm of local estate agents. The difference in the level of service was immediately noticeable and this gave me confidence that the property would be sold despite the current economic climate.

Would highly recommend the Crouch End Castles team. We first met Abraham when listing our property for sale in the summer of 2021 on one of the hottest days of the year – though you could not tell by his 3 piece suit! He was professional but with a very understanding and human approach which I warmed to from the outset. HIs knowledge of the local area and properties is likely second to none. Abraham and Colin were both incredibly helpful in securing the sale of our flat and efficient at managing the buyers queries.

After the purchase of a flat with an alternate agent fell through, Abraham quickly found a suitable property for me to stay locally and managed the upward chain and associated solicitors to ensure timely exchange and completion. I would not hesitate to recommend the team and will definitely use them for future property sales/purchases.

Thoroughly recommended. Exemplary service, from opening handshake to sale completion, from Stephen the branch manager and his three elite trained members of staff, while selling my recently deceased father’s house, even though I was on the other side of the planet for almost all of this transaction. They were never pushy, and clearly have precise knowledge of both the local area and the current market price trends. They also supplied insightful advice on what to do at every step: from how to get and secure the best price, to how to get the best service from my solicitor. Their fee was only 1.5% of sale price.
