The purchase was by no means straightforward and Colin was brilliantly communicative, and was always available on the phone or on email. He organised damp proofing reports, acted as a vital go-between between seller, solicitors and beyond, and helped us push the sale through when we were up against it. Colin’s good humour made the whole process painless even when we were pulling our hair out! Sergio from Castles has been excellent from start to finish with the sale of my flat. Despite some hurdles along the way – he has supported me to overcome these, and been a brilliant communicator between the buyer and myself.
