Max was our lead and at all times was appropriately friendly, approachable but very professional. He dealt with empathy with our tenants who had to be disturbed for viewings. He assisted in quite quickly securing a reasonable price in difficult Covid times. The process then was as painless as it could be with Max, without fail, proactively chasing down actions. He did what he said he would do without delay. On the occasions when Max wasn’t in the office his colleagues Josh and David covered matters seamlessly.
