We had thought about using an online service to keep costs down but in the end were so pleased we had Castles on board. Through no one’s fault the sale took 6 months from buyer’s offer to completion, all with our baby’s due date looming. Max was always on hand to discuss the many matters as they arose with helpful and constructive advice. He even made himself available when he wasn’t working, which was hugely appreciated – on the one occasion he wasn’t available he handed over to David and Josh who picked things up seamlessly.
