I wanted to review Castles Estates and particularly a huge recommendation on Nancy in the maintenance department. Nancy has always been extremely responsive, supportive and professional with any maintenance issue I’ve had. She goes above and beyond, she really helped once when the lock on my property had an issue and locked me out. It was a bank holiday, but Nancy was able to arrange for a locksmith to come out within the hour, who was able to identify that there was an issue with the lock. Everyone has been wonderful at Castles, and made my renting experience super easy. Thanks again Castles and Nancy!

Especially a big shout out to Nancy on the repairs team she has worked very hard to make sure we have things working the way it should at home with our repair works during Covid-19 as well. Our buyer’s solicitor was unfortunately very unresponsive and delayed the exchange, but Ben worked tirelessly and tenaciously to push us to the finish line by following up with all parties involved, sometimes a number of times in one day! Our sale was very frustrating due to the legal team involved, but Ben remained reassuring and kept us updated every step of the way and was really the driving force in helping us to complete the sale. Based on the service that we received from Ben, I would absolutely recommend Castles to anyone in the area.

Castles were fantastic in helping my wife and I through the process of buying our new home. He works hard to close the deal, and as a buyer, I felt like he did a great job of making both us and the vendor feel like the client. Would not hesitate to recommend.

After a long drawn out process with a potential buyer with someone else we decided to enlist Castles to help with the sale of my late parents house. Stuart, Noff & Farid were fabulous from beginning to end. They managed to achieve a higher sale price than previous, they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a very positive experience buying our house with Max’s help. We had been looking for a year by the time we came to Castles and were feeling fairly at the end of our tether. Max’s easygoing approach was a breath of fresh air after the fast-paced, hard-sell approach we had often been encountering.
