I feel that Abraham fully delivered on what he had estimated for our recent house sale in Highgate. He is an excellent communicator and kept me completely informed throughout the whole process. Prompt, professional, and great service all round! A +++ I was looking to sell my property in Broxbourne. I had 3 local estate agents come round, estimate what the property should be put on the market for, and quickly dash off. I noticed that Castle’s were marketing a few properties in Hertfordshire. I previously lived in Enfield and used Castle’s Estate Agents a number of years ago for a rental property, and recall having a very good experience with them then, so thought it was a no brainer to contact them to see if they could help, and so glad I did. They confirmed they could market my property, and with many property owners in London venturing out of London for their next move, they were confident things would move quick, so I booked an appointment, which was painless. Upon attending my property to estimate the market value, one thing I noticed was they were very courteous, took their time to look round the property, and offer advice, even though they were not certain if they would be my chosen estate agents to use for the sale, something I did not feel with the other local estate agents. They advised me how to market the property, types of buyers to attract, and what I should expect. They were extremely professional and by the end of the appointment it was very clear to me that I would be using them to market my property – I was very impressed. The following week, after floor plans, an energy assessment, and photos were taken, the property was on the market. We had an open day for our property and at the end of this there were a few offers….again, they advised us on the pro’s and con’s of each of the buyers in terms of their position with mortgages etc…..fantastic service, and if I do move again (even though I am moving slightly further away from London) I will not waste my time with the others, and I would be sure to see if these guys can help again.
