We decided to use Castles Estate Agents – Edmonton to sell our home. The service from preparing the house for viewing to getting an offer was very well handled professionally. Despite a few issues which weren’t their fault, my wife and myself were very pleased with the overall sales process. Our thanks goes to Mr Gentian Morina and the branch manager Mr Stuart Gray.

He was punctual, had done his research, was knowledgeable and professional, without being pushy. Castles kept us up to date every step of the way, I received emails confirming viewings and regular feedback. There was always someone there to answer the phone and my calls were always promptly returned if there person I needed to speak to was out of the office. Viewings were on time and as the property was empty, all viewing were managed by Castles. We had a number of offers and were advised on the best course of action. Castles didn’t just drop us once the offer was accepted, they kept in contact and chased the buyers when necessary. Tbh, if there is anything to complain about I can usually find it! They say selling a property is one of the most stressful events in life. My property went on sale 22nd December and was fully completed by the 25th March. Taking off the Christmas closure of two weeks and the property was leasehold, I’m told by friends and family that my sale was impressively quick. I recently visited a lot of letting agents recently as i was searching for a property to rent and was very sure that it would be very difficult for me as my rent is covered by dss. After visiting and leaving my details with many agents i had no joy or had to keep chasing agents my self to get updates. Then finally my last stop was castles Edmonton where i was greeting by Alex. Alex was very professional extremely friendly. He took my details and and made notes of what i was looking for and where. Within that week he arranged a viewing for me for a wonderful property that i was really happy with and made regular contact with me with updates totally made the process of contacting the council and sorting the deposit out very simple and easy. We mandated Abraham Rawat from Castles to sell our home. We had a great experience all around with Abraham. His pitch was direct and his valuation strategy ended up creating bidding leverage in our process that got the value where we aimed to sell on the outset. His fee quote was competitive and not artificially high to see what he could get away with. Abraham and Castles have great flow in the Crouch End, Highgate area. We also managed to purchase our next property through Castles and found a house that we were very happy with. We had a great experience getting through exchanging in the chain that was created and Abraham did a great job in managing the buyers and sellers in the process. They provided an honest and confident service ensuring that they found the right buyer. Abraham has helped me buy two houses – one for me ten years ago – and one for my parents. He is incredible. Meticulous and detailed when it comes to finding what you need – then relentless when it comes to securing the deal and getting it over the line. And all of it done with a huge amount of care and consideration and efficiency that takes so much of the stress out of the task. With my elderly parents – he could not have been kinder, constantly reassuring them and resolving any of the many issues they threw at him. For them, the timeframe was important – and he got the whole move done in under 4 weeks. I can’t recommend Abraham highly enough. I still sit in our home now – a decade on – and can’t believe we’re actually here and know we wouldn’t be here but for his tenacity and smart work. My own estate agent had been a nightmare – saved entirely by Abraham, who was selling the place we eventually bought. So – certainly 5 stars – more if I could. He is lovely and fun but will always tell you honestly what he thinks. In a sea of sharks – he’s a dolphin.
